VR Headset Fit & Hygiene

  • For the best experience and to protect our equipment, glasses may not be worn with our VR headsets.

Glasses can scratch and permanently damage the headset lenses, resulting in costly repairs and affecting future guests. We recommend wearing contact lenses or removing your glasses before the experience. Our staff will help adjust the headset for a comfortable, clear fit without glasses.

  • Comfort is a top priority for our VR concerts. However, the strap may prove challenging for larger hairstyles (e.g., mohawks, thick braids, buns).

The VR headset will not fit over hats. Please plan accordingly.

  • For your comfort and safety, all guests receive a VR hygiene mask to reduce direct contact with the headset.

We thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment after each use—including headset masks, lenses, and the headsets themselves.

Sanitizing our gear and facilities is standard practice, as health and cleanliness are top priorities.

  • VR is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting your doctor to ensure it’s appropriate for your specific situation.

  • Some subtitles are included for VR concerts featuring international artists, but full captions are not currently available.
